We process account information, workspace and billing identifiers, uploaded videos, thumbnails, metadata, generated transcripts, analysis outputs, support communications, and technical security logs. We do not claim that analysis predicts or guarantees a YouTube monetization outcome.

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, run requested analysis, prevent abuse, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve the product where you have consented to optional analytics.

Depending on context, processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, or relies on your consent for optional analytics. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie preferences.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, and AI analysis. These providers process data under contractual safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where necessary for legal, security, dispute, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
