Monetiguard provides a pre-publish tool that estimates YouTube monetization and review risk using public policy signals, video, audio, and metadata analysis. Results are informational and actionable guidance only.

Monetiguard does not guarantee eligibility for monetization, ad suitability, reach, revenue, manual-review treatment, or any decision by YouTube or another platform. You remain responsible for your publishing decisions and content.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and metadata. Do not upload unlawful content, personal data you are not authorized to process, or material that infringes third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to process it to provide the service.

Analysis uses credits. Credit-pack prices and membership discounts are shown before checkout and may change prospectively. Memberships can unlock discounted credit-pack pricing; they do not guarantee any platform outcome. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable checkout and consumer-protection rules.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, use it to create harmful or unlawful content, or access another user’s data without authorization.

We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features, models, integrations, and pricing may change. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or comply with law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monetiguard is provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
